Design proposal for the Cartesius area in Utrecht (NL) designed by BARCODE architects, NEXT architects and Jvantspijker commissioned by Blauwhoed. Cartess is a new, progressive green city district, right in the center of Utrecht. Green living, health, a flowing economy and sustainability are the focal point of the district.
